My mother made a Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care in 2000, a Living Will in 2000, a Last Will & Testament in 2005, and a General Power of Attorney in 2007. All in the state of Ohio. She also has Life Insurance. Her daughter has been her care provider for over 10 years. She is named on all these documents. My question...Can any of these documents be challenged in court?
Thank You.

My husband and I thought we were getting a personal loan from a company called Woodbridge Lending company. We are suppose to be getting our money back on the 20th of May because we decided things didn\'t sound right. Go to find out A LOT of people have been scammed by this company and now they don\'t even exist. Is there anything we can do about our money? Is there anything we can do to stop this company from doing this again?

do I fall under the lemonlaw??

I purchased a new 2006 truck alittle over a year ago. in a 15 month span I have had the vehicle in 5 times for warranty repair. 3 for the A/C, 1 for the brakes and 1 for a melted taillight.

All repairs were completed, but I am concerned about the number of times my vehicle has been in for repair in such a short period of time, since it was purchcased new.

The dealership is making excuses and justifying the repairs, do I have a case with regard to the lemonlaws, even if my vehicle has numerous repairs just not for the same things??
